    Hi there,
I was told by a friend that Cyclone is the way to go if you are looking to build muscle and whey is for recovery. But there is a huge difference in price and I saw a lot of people on boards complaining about dodgy ingredients in cyclone. Could someone please give me a straight answer on this. Is cyclonle going to do a better job for building muscle, filling out a T Shirt etc.

    Thanks

The main ingredient (50%) of cyclone is whey protein. After that is sugar and a small bit of creatine.

    Cyclone is very over priced.
Maxi-muscle are very good at marketing but you don't need to use their products to get "the best" results

Go on to myprotein.com & buy:
    Whey protein
    Creatine
seperately for a fraction of the cost.

As above no magic formula. Order them seperatly no need to spend extra.
