    Hi, I saw this, and was going to post it in bargain alerts, I still may, but i reckon that here is probably a better place for it. It looks great, and nothing to lose by signing up.

    It seems that after you fill a questionnaire, then you are given a program to follow, and videos to watch/learn from, that suit your specific needs.

    It may not be the best thing in the world ever, but it's free, and (i thought) worth a shot.
