Another great evening hosted by DSD, I particularly enjoyed Izoard's talk on pacing (hardly surprising since he was singing the praises of the DCM pacers )
Some really good info on nutrition and Enda Fitzpatrick's talk was very entertaining and enlightening. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that Linda Byrne's weekly mileage heading into Dublin 2011 peaked at 85 miles, I don't feel so bad with my paltry weekly totals now;)
