I think I've pulled a muscle in my thigh (by overdoing 30 day shred - which I only do at the weekends as I'm in the gym during the week), until it's back to normal, what exercise can I do in the gym - I ran for 10 mins earlier and that was ok, the rower is also grand, but the exercise bike was a bit much........any recommendations.............

Tore a quad 2 years ago and never left it heal correctly, turns out it healed incorrectly and now it looks extremely bloody odd, almost hernia like so get it looked at and treated right before you even think of doing anything else.......fook the gym till it heals i say

Read this & in the meantime it'd be an idea to get it looked at by a professional!

Get thee to someone who can suss what you have done and advise you properly. Taking advice from unqualified people who mean well but cant see nor diagnose your injury may only make things worse.
