TRX classes in Limerick

    Does anyone know of any good Pay as you go TRX classes in Limerick?
    I am a member in UL and I go to one of the TRX classes there and find it really good but the other classes are on a times that don't suit (5.15 in teh evening is too early, I'm still in work). I was wondering if anyone knew of and had experience of any other places doing drop in pay as you go classes. I am looking for something in the evenings at 7 or 8pm?

    Studio 21 (check them out on Facebook) run them. Very good enthusiastic instructor!

    No John, but I have seen loads of his classes in a previous gym & he gave me some good tips. Comes highly recommended

    Alternatively a girl called Alena runs the TRX centre off the dock Rd so youre well covered
