Depends on how busy I am in work. Up at 6:45am and on the road by 7am if I'm busy, otherwise up at 7:30 and on the road at 7:55am.

If I leave at 8am my commute time increases dramatically.

My alarm goes off at 7.50, I get up at 7.54. There follows a period of frenetic activity (a well-oiled machine, I like to think) until the children exit the front door between 8.35 (target) and 8.40 (worst case scenario).

I occasionally get a proper lie-in on Saturday/Sunday until 11.30 or so. Usually, there is a match/training etc. or else I am just woken up for no reason - either way I am out of bed by 9.30.

About 5.45 if I'm going for a run that morning, about 6.45 if I'm not. On the rare days where I'm not running and don't have to wash my hair and I have lunches etc organised the night before, it can be as late as 7.10 before I have to get up. Very big deal.

At weekends, it's whatever time my 2 year old wakes up at. Which can be any time between 6 and 8.

Any time from 10am-2pm. Start a new job tomorrow though, so will have to be up about half 7. That will kill me.

Between 6 and 7. 8am is a sleep-in in this house. Any later and I feel the day is wasted. I have a neighbour that is never up before 10:30 and I just couldn't stay in that late!

Weekdays Usually between 8:30am and 9:30am depending on how tired I am (which is usually very tired regardless I'm a terrible morning person) or if I have a 9am meeting to be in for.

Weekends vary a lot, almost never before 10 am unless I'm playing golf early, between 11am and 1pm would be the norm but I've been know to wait in bed well into the afternoon on occasion especially if hungover (6pm there a while back).

I much prefer staying up late at night and getting up late in the morning and I automatically default to this anytime I've a few days off or even just at weekends, getting up before 8am is absolute hell for me the odd time I have to do it.

Usually five or six hours after I go to sleep. I'm unemployed at the moment, so it varies from day to day.

I get up between 8.20 and 8.40am Monday to Friday, 8.20 if I'm working in the office and 8.40 if I'm working from home.

Weekends then I get up whenever I want which is usually between 10am and 1pm, I only ever set an alarm on weekends when the Grand Prix is on

6am to get to work early so I can get home to pick up my daughter from the childminder. Around 7am on the weekends - whatever time she wakes up and makes herself heard.

Before she was born: after 7am during the week, 10-11am on the weekends.
