Olympic bar repair

I have an olympic bar, one the cheaper ones with the allen key screws at the end. One of the bronze/ copper bushings has come loose and I cannot find any resources on the web for repairing this. Does anyone know how this is fixed back in, it doesnt seem to be screwed in. Or does anyone know where I could get replacement…
