This is some high quality circlejerking going on. Maybe we should all just leave the thread and let you guys cream yourselves over how obviously superior you are.

Well saying they died sounds harsh and too much reality for some people to deal with. It's a phrase that has always been around I thought.

It is a very bad thing to be in any way like Richard Littlejohn.

We in Ireland and Britain have never ever had absolute free speech.

Yeh I know - but I didn't see any rape threat by you.

That piece by Littlejohn is provocative but so what, they are plenty like him.

We have less of it now thanks to the pesudo liberal PC police.

He disappeared fairly quickly. I think he might actually have had to lie down he was getting so worked up

Ranting and raving around the house in his slippers screaming at the cat :pac: the image you conjured up of him earlier was hilarious :pac:

I jest though, I like old hippy :)

    Calling people with disabilities 'differently-abled'.

I don't have a disability, but if I ever do have one, I'd like people to refer to it as a disability, because that's what it is. 'Differently-abled' is unbelievably patronising.

Folks, I'm off to bed, but I've thanked old hippy for opening my eyes to the Muslim rape wave in Sweden (thought he was just trying to wind me up by going on about how bad the rape problem is there) so I'm sure there'll be lots more stimulating debate tomorrow.

If crimes are being downplayed because of the origin of their perpetrators that's a pretty damning indictment of the stupidity of the pc brigade.

It's viciously nasty, not just provocative. So what if there are others like him? I'm not seeing the relevance of that. It doesn't change what a dreg of humanity he is. Although I shouldn't be giving him oxygen - that's exactly why he's still getting paid to vomit bile.

More like he was delivering some harsh truths.

Is anyone actually violated in their daily lives by this apparent epidemic of extreme political correctness? Apart from hearing about the very odd thing and having a laugh, that's the extent of how it affects me.

Btw, people who go on about others being snowflakes and butterflies and what have you... strike me as the types who'd be just as hypersensitive if they were offended.

Nah, saying people who were butchered to death by a maniac are no great loss because of being junkies and prostitutes is just being an evil c*nt. Those women had families - a wee bit of consideration for them is not difficult. Oh but that would be taking into account people's "feelings" - and we can't have that, as it's better to be bad-ass and not look peeeceeee.

bang on - you would be "a person with a disability" - but not a "disabled person"

    person-centred language - the disablitiy doesn't defy you :)

I work in the disability services and thankfully never heard the phrase "differently-abled"
