    livedo reticularis!

I Seem to have it since I don't know when, just recently learned the name of it
I'm a 23 year old - not very attractive to have on your legs!!
It gets worse in the cold but its always there
online it says related to sluggish blood flow in your legs, or wherever you have it. Why is it more common in women?

    Anything I can do?

yeah i get this when i'm cold... i just use a tinted moisturiser on my legs, just for my own confidence. when i'm going out and am wearing a dress, i find Sally Hansen covers it up nicely :)

Don't know if I have that but I'm very pale and I notice that when I get out of the shower my legs look grey :/

I find that too! Usually if I use one of those puffs/sponge and give my legs a good exfoliation it goes away!

If it is sluggish blood flow to the legs would taking CoQ10 help? Great stuff and should help if that is the cause...I'm no medical professional by the way!!!!

We always called them ABCs... I'm really not sure why, but that's what they are. Comes through on my hands as well if they're cold. Sally Hansen is the business if you're exposing your legs. It's just a feature of Celtic skin types, you may make your peace with it!

Had those exact legs in my teens! Now in 40's and not so bad with it, but I've found "sanding" hair removal is really great for the circulation on the skin - takes ages though :p

I'm quite sallow but my legs still look a bit mottled during the winter when I'm a bit paler. Even with French genes in there somewhere, I get purple legs sometimes :P

I used to a lot when i was younger but not so much recently. It's definetly irritating! Hate getting my legs out when they look like that :(

I sometimes get this when I've been standing for a long time- not something to particularly worry about. Just one of the many joys of being pale :P

I used to get this when I was younger, especially when I was out in winter playing sports. Thank you OP!
