    Help!!
I love it so much and it is the base for some of my favourite meals!

I only eat whole grain but I eat two slices with scrambled eggs EVERY morning.

My next problem is lunch. I don't eat salad, can't stnd it! Either I eat some sti fried Asian food at lunch or I have a whole grain roll, scrape out most of the bread, and fill it with whole grain pasta and boiled chicken.

Dinners not a problem, always eat meat / fish and lots of green veg. Baked potatoes too.

In between these meals ill have one fruit and maybe some porridge or oatmeal and blueberry pancakes ( two eggs ).

Going to try to start bulking a little soon but would like to cuts little too. 6.2, 86kg, struggle to put on weight.

Two heavy weight sessions a week, one upper body and one lower, with a spinning, vinyasa yoga and park/hillrun in between every week.

    Thoughts?

    Thoughts?

stop eating it? why do you need a roll and pasta? and if you are scraping most of the bread out inst it just pointless?

just have one slice of bread with eggs in the morning.

But ultimately why are you wanting to get rid of it?

Im all for ditching bread, but if you can fit it into your diet then whats the problem?

If you want it out of your diet then simply stop buying it.

more eggs and bacon for bfast - 5 eggs and a few slices of bacon should do it. Throw in some spinach with the eggs and avocado also when serving it up.

Have left overs from previous days dinner or call me crazy but just make your own and bring it with you.

Be more consistent with your snacking if you are looking to gain weight i.e. eat more as one piece of fruit is not going to cut it for a guy that wants to be e.g. 90kg, make some paleo bars and chomp down on those

Bump weights sessions up to 3-4 days a week if possible e.g. day 1 OH press and deadlift, day 2 - squat and weighted chin, day 3 - glute ham raises and bench press/weighted dips or press ups day 4 - split squat/lunges/step up loaded and heavy one arm rows throw in a short metcon 5-8mins after, foam roll, stretch = done in about 50-60mins.

The spinning and yoga should be put in on recovery days. e.g. mon weights, tues weights, wed yoga/run thurs weights, fri spin sat weights sun yoga

Weight not going up then simply eat more.

Try to get body fat tested before you push to gain some weight.

I also have a weakness for bread, even now, only way I can "beat it" is to just not let it into the house..

So if I dont have bread at home, then I have to eat other stuff, like fruit etc :)

I like these flatbreads when I want something that mimics a sandwich. Best eaten on day of making or pop in toaster like a pitta the next day.
    There are cauliflower versions too.
