So I'm looking for advice with regards buying a new pan...How do you pick one?

Seen one made of aliminum, for like 30€, good value or not ?

I'll be using it for omelettes, stir fry's and steak...now I know there are probably specific type pans for each, but I'm trying to budget and streamline the amount of stuff I own.

    Cheers in advance
