    that's not plausible :P

That is absolutely revolting! I've actually seen a few mock-ups with that same stripe pattern, which is a bit worrying. I think it may be an Under Armour thing.

Pure white has always looked class, anything else wouldn't do.

This one was doing the rounds last season as well as far as I can remember.

That said UA have said they have already designed this seasons and next already

Yeah I saw that mock-up doing the rounds last year.

The thing about that jersey is that I should hate it, but I don't. I think it'd grow on me throughout the season. It's kind of original. Though it's not realistic.

If so, I think the home kit is awful with that lace thing around the neck. The two away kits look decent enough though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,778 ✭✭✭Big Pussy Bonpensiero

I like the white and navy ones, but are you sure those are them?? No sponsor on them for a start and there's been plenty of mock ones done recently.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 558 ✭✭✭bradolf pittler

Not 100% sure their the real deal but i was talking to a supplier who has seen them and he described the home one just as it is in the picture.
the other reason i think they might be real is exactly because there is no sponsor, its the whole reason why the kits been delayed so long.
anyway we'll see for sure next week when the kit is officially revealed

Saw those mockups a few months ago so wouldn't be entirely convinced that that's what they'll look like

I think the HP sponsorship is too big. Also, could they not make it navy so as to fit the colour scheme of the jersey??!

    Otherwise it's nice.

  • Moderators, Technology & Internet Moderators Posts: 7,423 Mod ✭✭✭✭pleasant Co.

Yeah, I don't get why it's in babyblue...HP have always used navy in the past?¿?

Loving the away kit far more.

Don't understand why they didnt make the HP logo the same on both. The Navy blue on the away kit looks grand.

Edit - Is that Holtby on the far right of the away kit picture or a very skinny Michael Dawson?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,133 ✭✭✭✭2nd Row Donkey

What the story with Lloris's home kit. Looks like he's just been tangoed.:D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,951 ✭✭✭SuprSi

I quite like them. Agree with the colour of the HP logo but they're both pretty cool.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,951 ✭✭✭SuprSi

Dawson looks like he's been eating nothing but vegetables for the past few months too, unless that's his head photoshopped onto someone else's body!! Look at how skinny his arms are!

Not too gone on the collar of the home one, I'll be buying an away one. I think the home goalie is horrible

Yeah, that's what the statement on our official website implied.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,153 ✭✭✭everdead.ie

Yeah, that's what the statement on our official website implied.
Autonomy's deal was only for two years and Investec are no longer on the website so it looks like they have taken over the whole sponsorship. and just for one extra year.

what's your cut off age for wearing a replica shirt ?

I'm 37 and if I was still playing footie I'd wear one. I never used to wear them casually though so it's unlikely I'll be getting one of these.

My old man has one (although he's mad) and he's in his 60s, your only 28 aren't ye so your grand :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,317 ✭✭✭Dublin Spur

haha, you can add another 10 years to that !

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,019 ✭✭✭davycc

Im 32 Ill STILL wear the jerseys to my own 5 or 11 a sides as well ,as socially no problem with doing that even sneaking my jersey into work past my unimpressed manager lol & into pubs for live games etc.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,317 ✭✭✭Dublin Spur

Spurs fans generally are less about wearing colours compared to the deluded hordes of Liverpool, Newcastle or Celtic etc....For them it's all about the Jersey.

High End Casual Clobber with a carefully placed cockril pin is more Spurs-Like from what I've seen in and around WHL (and especially away)

Us Irish seem to have a jersey fetish, whether it be Rugby, GAA or Football
Not saying it's a bad thing, but it is quite Irish I think

each to their own of course.......

What's with changing the kit every year now,I thought a rule came in a few years ago that kits could only be changed every two years.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 610 ✭✭✭Devo from Dublin

I still wear the jersey casually mind you.....
Never bought a polo tshirt, had a few tshirts.

I might hold off & wait & 3rd jersey gets revealed though .Im hoping its lumius lol..sick of navy at this stage

Lads is HP the overall sponsor now or do we still have Investec for the cup kit?

Edit: Nvm, looked it up and the Investec deal is expired.
