I have mentioned previously that I'm in Montpellier for the week, basically I'm here with mates as we were auditioning for Character Jobs for Disneyland for the summer. Had the audition yesterday and it went well enough for me that they offered me a contract for the summer as the Prince Charming :pac: but unfortunately I couldn't accept as I have car's to get running again...

That GTV better not sh1t itself now...:D

Sounds like a Mickey Mouse job.

So you went over to audition, got the job and didn't take it? Lol

Yeah but 'twas all organised before I got the GTV and the job I'm currently in. besides it's more of a holiday now tbh. Still though, might get it for next year..:D

Really Really Really would of appreciated if my car had air conditioning these past few days, windows down and cold air on full blast doesn't do so much :(

I don't mind it, my only problem is I have to open the doors for 5 minutes before getting in, due to it being a sauna, after that, windows down, sunroof open, and off I go :D

Make the most of it while we have it and all that

Getting in is the worst, the sauna in the gym where I go isn't even as bad. (slight exaggeration here)

Think some people are already getting fed up with the weather, its expected to lash on Tuesday so it will be interesting to see how they feel when it comes.

Well to be honest I wound up in hospital from it, went mountain climbing and got blisters all over me, was wearing unblock too, I'm just secretly ginger :pac:

I'd say my car Is on par with the sauna in my gym, It's got nothing to do with the fact my car is 99% black I swear

The car been black does tend to help :D

Tesco's are doing a few specials on Simoniz products I noticed earlier, stuff like shampoo & wax, wheel cleaner, alloy cleaner (whats the difference in the two I dunno), black n black, interior spray and a few more.

I actually got the black n black stuff, and the shampoo and wax, not too shabby now for the price, I'd say get them while they're going, they do the job

I already had the shampoo, the lemon stuff. It's okay, I know some say to avoid the brands with the wax already in the but it does the job and that's all I care about. Could do with getting a grit guard for my buckets and a few more microfibers.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,606 ✭✭✭toastedpickles

+1 on that, I'm only starting to build up my buckets and stuff so it's gona be bit by bit for me

Well taxed both cars today. Almost sorted with stuff in new house too. So there is one negative and one positive thing about new place ( well a lot of positives in fairnes, but this one is motor related! :P )
So negative? Mazda is going of road soon. I payed 3 month tax and I will get it nct tested in August. So then I will be bale to put her off road for some time. Why off road? The new house is in walking distance from Misses Shadowhearth work. Mazda was mainly used for her to go to work. Other stuff was done by scooby.
Positive? It will save us **** loads of money by not having second car on the road. to make it even better, I will be able to bargain in with misses to get next car ( we all know there will be next! :D ) with a lot bigger engine, because we need only one car!

Do you think that dealer realises he has a much more uncommon Daimler Super V8 rather than a Jag XJ. By the looks of the interior, I think it's also a special limited edition.
