I would recommend this B-complex from iHerb. I use these myself and the formula uses the most bioavailable forms of the vitamins. This is particulary imporant for things like folate (a lot of people can't absorb folic acid) and B12 as methylcobalamin. (Most cheap ones will use the inferior cyanocobalamin). Tbh the ones you will get in the supermarket are cheap for a reason.

Iherb is a fantastic site that usually isn't beaten on price and generally dosen't come with any customs issues. Go for the DHL shipping if you don't fancy waiting 2-3 weeks.

If you aren't taking any other supplments yet I would also recommend Vitamin D3 and Magnesium. People rarely get enough D3 from the sun and magnesium has become very limited in our food supply due to intensive farming/use of specific fertilizers. It's very important for the body. Plenty of info can be found to back this stuff up. This is also a very good quality Omega3 supplment.
