Sugar free

I want to make our household sugar free.

One of us has been advised to do so by a dr for a medical condition, not serious but aggravated by sugar and chocolate.

My plan is to do it slowly but manageably so the transition is easier for my toddlers.

All sweet tasting things with sugar have been successfully eliminated now.

I need help with savoury recipes please, such as bread.

I'm already a user of Susan Jane white so I've tried some items from her page.

Please share your savoury recipes with me?

(Btw has anybody noticed that lots of "replacement" style recipes are more geared towards the sweet taste as opposed to savoury?)

If you google paleo recipes you'll find yourself mainly sugar free

    I like www.marksdailyapple.com for recipes

How sugar free are you going ie. are you cutting out fruit?

I'm not sure about fruit. I think I'll keep it, for now at least, because of the other nutritional benefits.
