    According to this weekends Limerick Post the High Court has thrown out the appeal against its own decision to grant the planning permission.

    Unfortunatly, you'd have to be guarded about how excited you get because you can be sure he is going to look for any possible way he can get further attention from this.

    for clarification, it will cross the killaloe to limerick road about 200m on the limerick side of the Shantraud Woods Estate, coming through what used to be known as Adley's Yard, which is the piece of land the speed van always uses. there will be a roundabout at that point. the bypass will then go straight up, crossing the back road to bridgetown and the hill road before joining the scariff road out at balleyvalley.
