    Hi all,

I've been cutting at a 500 calorie deficit for about 8 weeks now and next week I'm going to start the PSMF diet for 10 days. I'm about 14% bf now and 72.5 kg.

I need to take in 175 grams of protein on my inactive days and a whopping 250 grams on my gym days.

My question is this; where the hell am I supposed to get all that protein from whilst keeping the carbs and fats low!? That's the equivalent of 10 whey shakes which I really dont want to do. I feel hunger pretty bad so Id like to get most of my protein from food although I'd imagine I'm going to need about 3 shakes a day anyway.

Has anyone got a sample menu? I'm struggling to get the calculations onto a plate!

    Thanks all.

    300g chicken = 70g protein (23.1g per 100g)
    6 eggs = 42g (7.5g per egg)
    whey protein shake 48g

I eat more that 250g a day and I have one shake.
Eggs nuts, fish and meat. Divide it up amongst 5-6 meals.
    Simple :-)

    200g chicken breast
    200g Beef
    200g Fish
    6 eggs
    2 scoops whey

That's roughly 250g and very little carbs.
