If you want some pretty pictures Netters Atlas of Human anatomy is great, it is only labelled diagrams, so no decription of function.
Grays Anatomy (the book) will give you a very detailed description of function, it is a very dense textbook and hard to read.
Personally I found Medcape Reference far more practical than Grays http://reference.medscape.com/guide/anatomy while it does not have every part of the body, it has hips, knees, shoulder, elbows and a fair few other things.
If you want something focused on exercise Strength Training ANatomy is good.

I second strength training anatomy. Great reference book that gives you a lot of common injuries and some preventative exercises, stretches etc.

Nothing in particular just something to give a bit of knowledge.

Netter's do some excellent anatomy books.
They have a great colouring book and an excellent series of flash cards.

There's also a good app called iMuscle
