    Started cycling last yr n did a few races.. Got upgraded to A3. Was off the bike for 14weeks n back on it 4 weeks now wit my first race being Kanturk 3day.. Quiet happy to hold the bunch for the weekend but aspirations of reaching A1 before the season ends.. How do I train to achieve this.. Have done alot of my training in 39*16 spinning @90rpm + but I think this has hampered my TT strength.. Should I focus a bit more on top chain ring @80rpm and lower.. Or is cadence training a waste of effort and time
