SIM only with APN, DNS and address settings

Hi I need to get a SIM only for monitoring device. Will need APN, DNS, IP and subnet mask details. Looking for advice as to best provider to work with in terms of support and value. SIM will be uploading MMS 1/2 per day. Thanks

There is usually a modem/router that does this. Are you looking for a SIM card or a SIM card modem?

I am looking for SIM card. Have purchased one from O2 and hopefully this will do the job ...thanks
