    Hi,
I was wondering if any exercise experts could help me out. I am overweight and I am currently trying to lose that weight through healthy eating and exercise. I mainly do Jillian Michaels DVDs. I recently noticed that my calves and sometimes my thighs have become hard and swollen. Would this be from muscle or is it something else? My legs seem to have got bigger since I started exercise rather then slimmer and leaner.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah they are sore the next day. I just assumed that was due to lack of fitness. I will do a google search on some remedies for DOMS.
