I have been if you read what I wrote correctly you would see that I am unaware of what other carbs are a good source of energy since you need carbs in your diet to let your body release fat. I know that vegetables a good carbs but may not release as much if any energy as things like bread. I wasn't looking for a quick fix I am looking for a long term solution. And generally people lose a good percentage of weight in the first two weeks because its new to their body and I have lost half a kilo which for how I am eating is not great. Ive dieted before and lost good weight but stressed myself out under eating. Nice to see you referring to an actual diet plan instead of blogging smart comments saying do some research its why Im on here for answers.
