    We have a single room available to let in house share.

    The room contains bed, wardrobe and bookshelf.

    We are looking for a friendly, clean, English speaking, outgoing FEMALE. Students are welcome.

    The basic rent is €300euro per month as stated above. Also we will be looking for a deposit of one month's rent (€300).

    We split utility bills equally between everyone in the house. Currently internet is €11 per person, per month and electricity is €23 each per month.

    Only 10 minutes from city centre by bus.

    In response to questions, utility bills are currently as follows:

    Electricity : €23 per person per month.
    Internet : €11 per person per month.
    No gas.
    Rubbish is currently collected free of charge (I signed up with the Red Bin Co. a few months ago).
