    Anyone got any gym routines for arms... want to get the guns bigger

    search youtube, the obvious ones are barbell and dumbell curls.

    I find my arms get bigger when I concentrate on compound movements (squat, leg press, bench, military press and dead-lift) I think its to do with growth hormone release. Chin up and pull ups along with rows like TRX rows and heavy seated rows are good for a pump an much more efficient time wise as your exercising several muscle groups.

    Its spelt Gunzzzzzz BTW
