    Different sort of a thread (I THINK) to get some advice or criticism..

    I am going to warm up on the x-trainer for 10 mins then i am going to try this..

    1min fast with 35 rest on the Rower at 10,15 intervals...short rest then hit the Spinning bike for 1min fast then 30 recover for 25 mins,i reckon this will give me a solid workout.
    Cooldown then some planks etc before heading home....

    today at my home, I'll be doing the inverted plank, on my bed for 8 hours @ minimum effort. Two sets of in total.
