As per the title can anyone tell me the best way to do this. The instructions on the bag say mix 1 and half small scoops to water. It has (5g) like so beside where is gives scoop measurements but the scoop i have has 70ml on it. Also how much water do i mix to it.

I mixed some earlier and it ended being projected from my mouth to the sink and my stomach contents coming 2/3s of the way up.

5 grams is about the amount of a level teaspoon. What most people do is throw it in with your protein/other supplements. Its a lot less horrible when you do that.

Put it in your mouth and drink some water, its the fastest and easiest way to do it.

Saw a poster here once say they drink it in tea. So I tried it, it dissolved completely and couldn't taste or notice it at all really. (it was the ON stuff if that makes a difference, I have found it dissolves better than other brands I've tried)

    Is it just a teaspoon.

A teaspoon is anything from 3-5 grams. If you don't have a 5gram scoop then sure, just use a teaspoon.

I think my problem was i used too much. The scoop i have is about 2 tablespoons and i put in a full one with a small bit if water.

What is the recommended amount of water you should use. As i said in the OP it just says add to water.

Could i add it to the likes of slim line milk etc.

Warm the water juce or whatever in the microwave .It will dissolve fully then so ya dont waste any .I used to put mine into my coffee.

Fairly sure 2 tablespoons is too much. I just mix it with my protein shake and it is fine hardly notice it. I'm 80kg and take 5 grams or about a teaspoon need slightly less but its easier to measure the 5grams :) .
Look online and you will get a formula for how much you should take based on bodyweight.

Cold water wont help it dissolve very well, you need to drink a nice bit of water to help it get absorbed and keep hydrated - i usually drink a pint when I take mine. Apart from that you should be drinking lots of water anyway.

A teaspoon in your morning shake and you're away, you'll barely notice it

I mix mine with Green tean or a bit of apple juice.

Tried it with just water and it's hard to take.

If you take it in Green Tea or any hot drink does it effect quality of creatine?

Creatine is the most over over complicated supplement ever by users.

    1) Its just creatine
    2) it doesnt taste bad. If you think it does then you have had a sheltered life (mono I am referring to btw).
    3) Take it any time with pretty much anything
    4) 5 g in a small glass of water, swirl and neck, put another small drop into the glass and wash the rest down. Simples

You sure that not just broscience/unproven? Afaik theres no need to cycle or to load.

While there is no requirement to, most people find they get improved results through cycling.
Loading is just personal preference to how quickly you want to get the creatine levels in your body up to their max.

As said above, people treat creatine like it's some mystical substance when in fact it requires less thought than your protein shakes.

Take 5 grams a day whenever and with whatever you want. It doesn't get easier
