    i was recently taking this

    340g carbs
    255 protein
    65 fats

i was gaining muscle but i had a bloated look so 3 weeks ago i changed my diet to

    306grms carbs
    255 protein
    102 fats.

i found a huge difference my arms look better and my muscles stand out more .my body must respond to fats better than carbs

has anyone had this before? id like to gain more mass maybe i should up the fats more not sure?

I think you are jumping to conclusions here. The changes you made are almost insignificant imo. You dropped 34 grams of carbs, and added c.40g fat.
Most of you energy is still from carbs and the least from fat. Macro ratios have changed a bit but not much. A keto diet for example, would be so etching like 200g fat and >50g carbs.

There's a calorie increase, maybe that's the cause of gains.
    Why the adversion to fat?
