Well lads, im new to powerlifting, been doing it maybe 3-4 months now. Im still confused on what training program to follow, I did Sheiko for 2 weeks and it helped alot but the volumn is way too high as i only have maybe an hour in the gym.

Also not sure if i should diet. I eat alot of food but its all junk ( about 4-5K cals ) but my metabolism is fairly high and weigh has been staying in and around 12-12.4 stone, depending on what time of day I weigh myself lol

    All input is appreciated!

Age, height and lift stats would be good to know so you can get input.

Stop eating junk. Eat better quality calories. Report back with results.

I found the Starting Strength program very good when I started strength training. It could be a good fit with the time you have available:
