Had key hole surgery yesterday on knee for a small cartilage tear. Walked out from hospital without crutches. No pain today.
Am able to bend the knee and do all the weight bearing exercises with no hassle.

I've been icing it and there is some swelling.

I had been doing a lot of cycling in recent weeks which includes a 45km round trip to work.
So the muscles around the knee would quite strong.

    Suffering from cabin fever.

Am I crazy to out for spin at the weekend if I feel up to it.

What are peoples experience of this procedure?
