Butchery Courses in cork

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew of a ny butchery courses in the cork area. Was thinking of maybe a six week course over the summer but i couldnt seem to find many options. thanks in advance :)

I think Ballymaloe do them but they are day courses I think, and McCarthys in Kanturk do pig butchery, but the course was yesterday . But might be worth contacting them.
