Been a long time since I posted in this forum! Used to lift in the WestWood Leopardstown five years ago and would like to get back into it. WestWood Clontarf is way out of my price league thanks to changed circumstances.

What I need: good free weights area, proper squat rack (not a smith machine), cheap

What I'd like: pool, sauna, plunge pool

I've been hoping Ben Dunne would take over the old Total Fitness site in Clarehall and do some good introductory deals but it's not looking likely at this stage listening to the fact he's plugging Cherrywood all over the radio. Wouldn't want to go much further than that though!
