Anyone know where you can get the protein shake containers that have a metal spring ball inside them to mix up the powder?

I seem to have misplaced the wire ball from mine. Anyone know of a suitable replacement? I have a couple of mesh shakers, but prefer they're not my preference.

Nope, without the shaker ball you don't get any gains.

Tends to clump together no? A flatmate does this and leaves half his whey (and therefore gainz) on the spoon/glass.

    Lick the spoon.

You'd be amazed how people will say "But when you're finished there's always loads of protein left in the cup/on the sides of the cup".

Put more liquid in when you're finished!

    Always add liquid first.
