I take Nutrition X RAM after the gym each day. Lately though im finding it more and more difficult to get it as its out of stock everywhere i look both online and in bricks and mortar stores. I even emailed Nutrition X but they dont reply.

Rather than have no recovery aid, I think im going to have to try something more readily available.

Anyone have recommendations that are more available and not crazy expensive?

You can get it in fighting fit on camden street if you want.

    It's simply carbs and protein.
Specifically, "maltodextrin, dextrose, whey isolate and whey concentrate"

You could get a whey blend and add maltodextrin and dextrose yourself. Would be a lot cheaper too.

I wouldn't stress to much about the glutamibe, lecuine, vit C etc.

Banana and whey shake is an option.

If you want a pre-mixed product similar that you can buy off the shelf, then either Kinetica Recovery or ON 2:1:1 recovery. Kinetica would be more similar flavour wise

As far as i know Nutrition X is now selling under the name Complete supplements.

They've split into two separate companies as far as I know. Another being NXT Nutrition.
