If you are eating healthy and exercising there's no need for a weight loss pill. Most of them don't work. The ones that do don't stand up to scrutiny in the long term (Xenical etc). Save your money and spend it on some decent real food.

Yes , I'm just starting, I think the good weather has everyone out

I'm after quitting smoking so I'm after putting on a bit of weight :-(

Oh and I have tried some of them - colon cleanse, acai berry, green tea stuff, carb inhibitors, fat binders - I was even prescribed xenical but fecal incontinence is just too nasty to contemplate.
Last year I cleaned up my diet and exercised regularly (there are plenty of people will help on here with that - I bought the RevFit cookbook and Well Fed paleo) and have lost over 5.5 stone. Simples ;-)

You'll find loads of advice and help on here and there isn't a quick fix but once you start to drop some weight it spurs you on to keep going.
My basic rule is no processed food, no refined sugar, very little grain and if I couldn't make it myself I probably shouldn't eat it. I made lots of little changes and they all added up to a big shift in the end.
    Good Luck.

id suggest coke zero but i imagine thats the worst thing for your health!

i used to drink heaps of coke, actually found it was the carbonation that i liked. switch to flavoured sparkling water and got my caffeine from coffee
