If you are driving then Oranmore would be good but Renmore and Mervue would be much closer, some parts of Renmore like Lurgan Park are full of students but the more Western parts are less hassle.

Some of Renmore can be very studenty, regarding rented accommodation. If you go for Renmore you should definitely try and find somewhere 10 minutes walk away. You've maybe left it a bit late to take a visit to scope the place during the college year to see what it's like as this is the final week of lectures prior to summer exams.

Will you be driving or walking?
