    Folks could some one point me in the direction of a 2000 and 2800kcal low fat meal plan. I can only seem to find american plans and Im lost for ideas

    If you cut the dairy out of your meals and eat leaner meats - fish, chicken and turkey - then they'll be low fat.
    So then if you just watch your starch intake it shouldn't be too hard to have a 2000 plan.
