Water charges

I know that these are delayed but when they do come in are carers getting a bigger free allowance than given to everyone else? My son usually requires 3 showers/baths per day and his laundry is usually a full set of bed clothes pjs and 3 to 4 full sets of clothes per day. I am constantly washing his clothes and him . That's just him now not me and i have to shower and have clean clothes too. Also I need to wash surfaces and floors a hell of a lot more too. I am really dreading water charges as a result. Is there anywhere we can get information on this or anywhere we can make submissions on our water usage that is over and above that of the average person?

I agree totally, I know of one elderly person who is reluctant to flush the toilet (although the charges haven't come in yet).

SOME adjustment should be made for people in special circumstances.

Lobby your td who will tell you to lobby the weatherboard regulator who has not been set up yet. Was due in July but may be put off with rates.

    That's what I am doing
