Facebook page won't upload properly

Hi all, can anyone help? My facebook page won't upload correctly, just the header, but no content. When I navigate to any other webpage, the facebook page comes up, all suggestions, short of dumping the laptop welcome. :D Ps nothing complicated, I am not a teccie!

Go to your Facebook page, then press Ctrl+F5. This will do a "force refresh" of the page

Thanks for your reply, I changed the pop-up settings, that seemed to do the trick, but I'll remember your advice.
