As a follow up to a thread which I read earlier, I want to stick my neck out and look for information

I want to do a course in sports coaching - specifically in strength and conditioning for sport

I've looked at the Setanta college site before, but I feel their courses are overpriced for what you get from them.

I play a lot of sport and also do some coaching with kids, but would like to get into coaching adults in the next few years (interest in it)

Could anyone else recommend a good course?
based in midlands, but can travel to Dublin for the right course.

    Thanks

    MY recommendation:
    Setanta College! haha

I think the price is quite good. Cheaper than a year of uni study and you get the same qualification.

For a shorter course in PT there's a good crowd in Blackrock, Elite Fitness & Performance Academy (used to be LIA).

Prices aren't much different, depends what you want I suppose but Setanta College are top notch
