This week i got an iPhone from a friend of mine, he bought it off of someone else who has since left the country. it is currently on the 3 network. I personally have been a customer with Vodafone for 10 years. i Just need to know how to get it unlocked without spending loads of money as it was expensive as is.
    any help is appreciated.

Unless you put a Three sim in you have an expensive iPod. Three won't unlock an iPhone for anyone other than the original account owner
