Streamlining My Routine

    Hey all,

    So I've been going fairly well in the gym since xmas, hitting the gym 4 times a week, but sometimes due to work only 3 times...But more hours are after becoming available in work and I couldn't turn them down, so I'll be going from working 12-24 hours a week to 38-40...So I feel I'll need to try and cut my gym sessions down to 3 days a week for the first few weeks...

    Ideally I'd like to get the gym in before work, so my plan is to get up at 6am, get breakfast and be in the gym for 7/7.15, this should give me an hour and half in the gym, with work starting at 9 most mornings(one day at 10)

    My current routine is something like
    Monday - Chest & Biceps(4 exercises chest & 3 Arms) + core abs work
    Tuesday - Legs (4 exercises) + core abs work
    Wednesday - off
    Thursday - Back & Triceps(4 & 3) + core abs work
    Friday - Shoulders (4) + core abs work

    I currently can spend anywhere from 1 hours to 2 hours in the gym depending on how busy it is, and how lazy I'm feeling...

    But I'll really need to tighten that up...

    If anyone could recommended specific exercise that i could do that would maximize my sessions by utilizing my limited time

    My primary goal is bodyfat loss, while adding some muscle...
