Having recently installed a new HD and reinstalled Windows etc. (had previously been running XPpro SP2, but ugraded to SP3), I am unable to reinstall Business Contact Manager Update for MS Outlook 2003, which effectively means that I do not have BCM on my PC. When I try to install, I get a prompt that I must be running SP1 or later.....and provides a facility to double-click to install SP1 which does not make any sense to me at all. BCM had been running successfully with XPpro SP2. Any suggestions as to how to rectify this issue?
