give up all wheat for two weeks not just gluten but all wheat. Come back in two weeks and let us know how you feel.

I started eating without wheat and lactose, only took two days and I already feel better. Thank you. Do you have this problem?

had the same issues for a few years. no matter what I tried it wouldnt go away. so I just ate junk whenever I felt like it, since it didnt make any difference either way. how I got rid of it wasby sticking to a healthy eating routine and no more binge eating. maybe once a week now but I wouldnt eat a full packet of biscuits in 1 go like before as a daily snack.

it could take a month to get things working properly, exercise helps too. I still get bloated sometimes but its not an every day thing for me anymore.

if youve tried everything then go see a professional for advice. but dont expect it to be cured instantly, your body has to adapt over time

    Hey thats great news
I didn’t have IBS but when i did cut out all wheat the overall increase in feeling of wellbeing, fat loss and recovery from training was unreal.

I do know of several people you got rid of IBS through eliminating wheat and or using stress reduction methods such as mediation and exercise.

Keep us posted on how you get on.

    cheers

Did you give up wheat and lactose or was it just by giving up the junk?

Thanks.I am very happy, I am very positive,I bought a new bread without gluten and milk!!and its very yummy!!hehe

I ate tumeric tablets during 2 months but its very nice,is anti-inflammatory.The best plant

I started my diet hard because I feel so bad. Today I had diarrhea
My naturopath deleted from my diet lentils, rice and pasta but in Spain are very common I will eat lentils and chickpeas. I will eat it 2 times a week.
I'm excited to think that I will have my belly well and my skin healthy again! But I get nervous! It takes at least one month ....

no its not, otherwise it would be used in hospitals and by GP's. its in the same category as psychic healers

I didnt give up anything. ever day I do some kind of exercise, cycling my bike mostly, sometimes a walk. I have oats for breakfast. I eat different nuts and seeds. drink plenty of water. I still eat sweets, cake etc. but not as much.

its just about finding a healthy balance and letting your body get into a routine. every morning I will go to the toilet maybe 20mins after breakfast. with IBS it was completely irregular and very frustrating. going to the bathroom was stressful and I was in a battle with my own body!

udos oil is also great. surpassingly I eat very little vegetables, mostly avocadoes, clementines, bananas. 1-2 days a week I get veg at my parents house

wheat is good, anyone that might be having problems could be eating too much in 1 go. it swells up in the stomach so will cause bloating, too much fibre is a bad thing. the organic wholewheat pasta in lidl is very cheap, takes longer to cook but tastes nicer than you expect it to. their pestos are great too

that would be like leprechaun believers asking for disbelievers to prove leprechauns dont exist

isnt it up to you to prove homeopathy actually works?

I prefer natural medicine. I think it. I will try to diet and cure for me and if not I'll go to a naturopath. Today I ate spicy sausage (I dindn´t know it) and then running to the bathroom! I'm sorry tell you this detail lol

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 42 Yire

I went to a naturopath and I did well but I'm not cured. I believe in natural medicine, but nobody understands me and believe me when I say I can not eat wheat or lactose .... They tell me "go to the doctor" and he just sent me ibrupofeno and corticosteroids. I'd like to eat more natural but very expensive
