I have eczema since i was a boy, Ive never had a food allergy test and recently start seeing a herbalist as another alternative to dermatologists (seem to getting nowhere with these guys). So Ive been told to cut out all wheat, diary, gluten, red meat and most sugars.

Ive been gyming the last three years and have put on a bit of size since I began. Im a hard gainer and as a result of this 'trial' diet I dont want to lose my gains as a result of not eating the right foods for building muscle.

So far, my diet consists of basic rice, chicken, veg, rice cakes, fruit and green tea / water. Ive stopped taking my protein shakes too, so i will see how i get on before i ditch that for goats protein for the moment. I was wondering what the other alternatives there are out there, or how others are dealing with intolerances while trying to pack on size.

I only have to do this diet for one month to see what is causing my allergies by introducing one food type at a time later on. i could be just overloading on one particular food. hopefully i'll get to the bottom of it.

have you worked out how much of each food you are eating? Like how much carbs/protein/fats you are getting and how much calories you are eating daily?
