Bulking on 3300 Calories

    Howdy Folks

    Today I Started my first ever bulking cycle.My maintenance cal target is 2800. My target is 3300 cals a day as clean as I can manage. Have to say it is a lot tougher then I imagined it would be. I like to eat but by the time 4 o clock came I was stuffed. Just had my dinner there and managed it handily enough after my workout so maybe il b fine.

    Food today consisted of

    Breakfast 9.50a.m
    60g porridge with 200 ml super milk
    2 boiled eggs on 2 slices of white toasted bread
    2 tea spoons of P Butter

    11.50a.m

    Tin of Tuna

    1p.m
    Apple

    1.45
    200g Pasta with a Basa Fillet
    200ml glass of super milk

    5.pm
    Banana

    6.20p.m
    Tin of Tuna

    7.30p.m
    Protein Shake Post Gym

    8.35p.m
    Mexican Bean Lasagne


    I still have a small custard pot and 100g of Greek Yog to eat.

    Im aiming for a 40/40/20 split but im falling 126 grams short in protein and 32 g over in Fat. Any tips would be great, I dont eat cheese which would help im sure, but even the smell of it makes me want to throw up.
