    Right guys,

im a noob to this supplement scene and like many other noobs ive tried the store bought stuff (maximuscle/optimum nutrition) and havent had much besides the progain extreme, promax and ammino acids..

i play alot of gaa and found out the ammino acids did help abit, maximuscle was pure s***e.... but im feeling there is alot better endurance/energy supps out there.. (im also aware that promax is more centred around recovery and progain for weight gain)

i want to hear what ye guys have to say, as i dont know much about supps..

any help would be great thanks!

eat proper food - lean protein (eggs, meat, fish), loads of vegetables, nuts, fruit

stay away from supplements until you are doing the above

if you get that right, then Kinetica recovery products are good
