Came across this today in Lidl.

Anyone tried it or know the nutritional content of it?

I use it in Currys and also cook rice in it, use it instead of water.

Don't know about the Lidl coconut, I bought coconut oil in Supervalu - brilliant for hydrating your skin and as a hair conditioner

I don't like that brand of coconut milk. I find it more clumpy than other brands.

My only concern with be that alot of coconut milk brands use artificial thickners , and various e additives.
Whilst you can get organic coconut milk in dunnes "thai gold" is the brand, and the difference is huge, the thai gold one usually a a very thick amount of cream, some of the other brands are more water than cream.
