5000+ readings a minute? First off, what readings? Second, why? and third, it sounds a bit faddy to me.

It's not actually for training or anything or it's for my final year project and we need to test peoples stress levels, so I was just hoping for some feedback on how to do it

You'd have to say what metric you are using to define "stress" before anyone can tell you if this thing measures it or not.

Stress levels? Only blood or salivary cortisol levels can measure that. Temperature. BP. skin conductivity and perspiration are a different measurement. Best go see you friendly physiology department people about what appropriate tests would be for the level of research your doing. Stuff you buy on amazon rarely passes ethics or the scrutiny of the examiners.
