Use by the 21st of January 2013. ummmm, you might turn into a scutterbox with major explosions if you eat that according by the date.

Mini, explosions will start and will accumulate into force 5 heffers... I would recommend that you wrap a tarp around said food out of date food and bury it at least 3 foot deep. imo

I was thinking its not the best since Its very tasty, however I don`t use ALL of the buttermilk/mayo mix. I`m guessing its this and the croutons that make it extra tasty.

The salad is always very fresh tho.

Haha, took this photo on the 20th of January with the intention of posting it up here, took me about 2 and half months!

It's much easier to get a healthy salad if you just buy the ingredients and make it yourself. :)

You can have fun experimenting too.

I'd barely call that a salad
good parts: leaves (should really be more specific), chives, parsley and tomatoes (mentioned twice??) - a pretty pathetic salad alone but still good.
but then the bad parts: bacon, blue cheese, mayonaise and buttermilk - just a whole bunch of fat that defeat the entire purpose of the salad - and crotons

You're only kidding yourself if you were to eat this as part of your lunch and tell yourself you're having a salad, salad with meat and dairy and refined carbs are barely a salad.

Its better than a chicken fillet roll and a can of coke for the €3 in spar!!

What's wrong with meat in a salad?

OP at least your getting some green stuff in ya..but the sauce is probably not the best, and the croutons are nutritionless carbs I think.

I agree completely, WAY better than a fillet roll and coke (the main stay of most people working outside the house these days)

There's not something wrong with meat in salad but this is the kind of thing that gets stresses people out when they aren't loosing weight or maintaining a high colesterol level or still feeling crappy and they're complaining 'but I just eat salad for lunch!' - I'd probably prefer if it didn't call itself a salad at all - just call it 'blue cheese dressing on mixed leaves and tomatoes with bacon pieces and croutons, chives and parsley - saying it's a salad means something to people these days: eating salads it not just a choice to eat vegetable leaves, it's a lifestyle choice these days and people expect certain outcomes from their lifestyle choices and everyone's a lot happier if they get what they expect
