My hands are torn apart the last few weeks especially and it's starting to get sore and distracting me when I'm lifting.

Anyone got any tips to cure them or at least make them more bearable?

I don't like wearing gloves- they annoy me and pinch my skin so please don't point out the obvious:pac:

    Cheers lads.

    This, plus use chalk.

Yeah, chalk, pumice stone & harden the **** up Cream.

After a few years of lifting, they'll be grand

I have a pumice stone but prefer using a stanley blade (not in a holder), have to be careful of course, and use a new sharp one.

Pumice stone and moisturise regularly - doing it once a month when you rip them is going to do fcuk all. I never have any bother with mine now.

    Thanks lads.

Rubadub- I think if I use a Stanley blade the situation would get worse :pac:

Long hot shower followed by a Bic single blade razor, you might need a couple if you don't want to be unclogging them from all the skin.
Tried all the other methods and this is what works for me.

I tried that but it doesn't really work and can be sore.

I think the moisturise option is best for you, bbz
